Step 1 - Complete your design brief

Follow the instructions in this course to complete your design brief. Make sure your download the brief in PDF format and upload the reference files and necessary photography to a cloud storage folder which is linked on the brief.

Step 2 - Complete checkout

After you checkout and send us your design brief, your project will be assigned to a project manager. They will get in touch within a business day to confirm that we received your order.

How Long Does It Take?

The design phase of our projects generally takes 5-7 business days. This is because, not only are we going to design your images but our Art Director will review them and make changes to the design as necessary before we send the images back to you.

Please keep in mind that if our queue is very backed up then the project could take longer to get back to you.
